Using the scissor-cut-only technique, Gilda specializes in men’s hair, long hair (curly or straight) and hair extensions. She is also known for her exceptional blow-dries- particularly curly hair –that lasts for days. Her talent and personality have attracted a strong following, including a younger, newer clientele.

Gilda’s credits include makeover segments for NY1 and MTV’s Wannabes, fashion shows for Catherine Malandrino and Averix, and the Mode model search. Her clients include Fern Mallis and Gordon Elliot, among others.
