Ron Levin
Colorist
The man who pioneered superfine “Micro-lights” (woven in with a very fine needle) and “Gold dusting” (“shimmers” of gold) has always taken care of “mega-women”. Ron cares deeply about every aspect of a woman’s appearance, as he advises his clients on everything from their shade of lipstick and choice of jewelry down to the shape of their eyeglass frame
Ron has styled the covers of the London Sunday Times and British Vogue, was profiled in Roots of Power (a feature story by Jennet Conant) and included in Vogue’s Book of Blondes (he did Marilyn Monroe and Grace Kelly), all of which are clear indicators of his enormous ability.
Ron is colorist to some of today’s most glamorous
and influential women, including socialites Lauren
Veronis, Ann and Amanda Hearst, Kimberly and Ingrid
Rockefeller and Mrs. Anthony Biddle Duke. More of
Ron’s clients include influentials such as Mrs. Kofi
Anan, Mrs. Harvey Weinstein, Dr. Judith Rodin, Lynn
Nesbitt, Martha Stewart, Bonnie Rait, Margo Hemmingway,
Nancy Sinatra, Andree Putman, Carrie Fischer, Penny
Marshall, Paula Zahn, and the rock group “Kiss”.
