With over 10 years of experience as a colorist, Allison Gandolfo prides herself a natural and healthy look for each of her clients. She has allowed New York City’s trendsetters to be her inspiration in developing a keen eye for seasonal trends as well as “keeping color classic with a modern twist.”
Allison has introduced "INOA" the first permanent ammonia free color line from L’Oreal to the color team at Pierre Michel., Allison also dedicates herself to creating the perfect brunette hue. Being the former Color Director of Salon AKS gave her a deep understanding of the various tones and shades required to keep darker hair looking rich and never dull.

With outstanding skills in corrective color and balayage techniques, Allison’s work has included sessions with Bobbie Brown, Jerry Stiller as well as many of New York’s finest.
